Why is my smart tv not getting a signal?

The WiFi in the rest of the house is working but my smart tv is not picking up a signal. What might the issue be?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your smart TV. I am sorry this is happening. When you try to log in to your WiFi on the TV are you seeing your network name at all? Or is it not showing up? -Lyn
