Trying to login to Bally sports app and I keep getting login error

You've exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please try again in 30 minutes. ELI-102

I’ve reset my password and still receive error message

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the login issues. If you try to log in to the Spectrum TV app do you get the same error? What about if you try to log in to a different network app using your Spectrum login?

    Thanks for trying, the app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.
