Why can't I see the available TV channel packages on spectrum.net?
Why do I have to call customer service to find out I have to use spectrum.com and not sign in to be able to see the available TV packages?
Even using the Shop button when signed in to spectrum.net I do not get to shop for TV packages. All I can do is upgrade from there.
And on spectrum.com, it is impossible to compare the lower tier packages to the higher tier ones as far as seeing the available channels you would get for each, side by side.
This is horrible and now I am looking at the best way to just get rid of Spectrum all together.
T-Mobile 5G for internet and hulu live and streaming for TV.
