Why does my spectrum router cause my phone signal to cut in and out (interference)?

By accident my router went red (off) and now my phone works perfectly. With the router on, my phone signal is cutting in and out.

    Hi @Ltakamori, welcome to our community!

    Any radio signal can cause interference, and most cordless home phones broadcast using a 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz frequency, the same as home WiFi. Make sure that none of your phone bases are right to the router or any other device that communicates wirelessly.
