Apple TV screensaver interrupts Spectrum DVR Cloud every few minutes

When I am playing back recordings from the Spectrum DVR Cloud, the Apple TV screensaver interrupts the program every few minutes. The screensaver only interrupts during DVR Cloud playback, not with live Spectrum or other apps like Netflix. What can fix this?

    Welcome to Community Forums, we are happy to look into this for you. Have you tried recording playback on a device other than the Apple TV?

    No. I should be able to record using the Spectrum TV app on my Samsung TV. Other devices are irrelevant.

    This only happens with the Spectrum TV app on DVR Cloud playback. It happens every few minutes during playback. It’s very disruptive.
