My internet and cable service has been going on and off all day. I’ve reset everything and it is still happening. Can you check my services?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I was able to find your account using your login information. I am not seeing any area wide issues or issues with your equipment. When you reset the modem and router did you unplug both of the power cords and the screw in coax cord from the modem for 30 seconds then plug them all back in?
