How do I pause and rewind on Xumo?

It’s really hard to believe that the new Spectrum system cloud DVR has no function to fast forward or rewind. I would think that this would be a required function of the cloud DVR. However such is not the the case and that functionality does not exist. Who engineered this mess and how could that simple and required functionality be left out?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the Cloud DVR features. You can fast forward and rewind previously recorded shows and selected on demand content. This feature is not available for live programing. Please let us know if you have any other questions. - Lyn
