Spectrum ever plans to fix this? It's been going on since Spectrum bought out Time Warner. Too Many Unnecessary Folders.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Typically the extra folders such as "junkmail" and "sentmail" are ones that appear if you've used or are using third party email applications. Depending on how long you've used them, the older style POP3 ones would often create duplicate folders due to how the emails were handled on the other app's end. If you delete the folders in the webmail, do they come back?
