Spectrum app tv listings

How can I filter my tv listings back to the previous numerical order. This changed about 1/25/24.

    We are streaming on two iPhones and two ipads

    I have done a pending upgrade, deleted apps, rebooted devices and downloaded spectrum apps again. No change.

    Thank you. You'll want to open the app to Live TV. There will be a Filter tab in the upper right, you'll want to click that then you will see an option to Customize Your Guide. From there, you will scroll down and select Guide Sort Order and you can change it there.

    I have no option to customize my Guide, on all 4 devices!

    Could this message help you figure out what is causing my issue? It was posted where I downloaded app, two days ago and that is when my issue started
