My XUMO cannot connect to multiple channels on the Spectrum app
I contacted XUMU support as I purchased the XUMO from Spectrum. After numerous factory resets as directed by their agent. Repeatedly, there were numerous channels thyat I attempted to watch only to be advised that it was blocked by parental control and told me to enter the Parental Control PIN. I had no PIN to enter as I had never created a Parental Control PIN.
I was finally told by the XUMO rep that this is a problem with the Spectrum App and it must be corrected by Spectrum. He said (on my third contact with them) that they have received many such complaints from Spectrum clustomers. Oddly, no one at XUMO knew about this problem until my third contact.
Is this Spectrum's problem? If so, how can I resolve this problem? The XUMO is pretty much worthless if I cannot use numerous channels.
