Got this "Spectrum" email - is it a scam?

This seems like a scam email. I only paid attention to it because I just updated my email settings, so I thought maybe it could be real. I would think an official Spectrum email would be something along the lines of "Spectrumsecurity@..." and I don't think they use the woh.rr.com because that is specific to western Ohio. Screenshot attached.
