How to record when there is no option for a show?

Every time I go to record a show, there is no button to press to record. How do I find the record button?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about recording with our services. I was able to locate your account with your registration information. In order to be able to record using our App you will need to subscribe to our Cloud DVR option. To learn more please give us a call at  1-855-707-7328​​​ from 7 AM to 2 AM daily. -Lyn
