Delays on Galaxy S24 preorder shipping
Anyone else facing issues with Galaxy S24 series preorders ? I have placed an order 2 weeks ago, I was supposed to recieve the device today, but in reality it is not shipped yet. Customer support is simply sticking to their script "We will notify you with the shipping information once the phone is shipped" but in reality even they don't seem to know when it will be. I don't see the point of buying phone from spectrum, when they don't even know when they are going to send it.
