caller id/name no longer appearing on others landlines
I just switched from AT&T to Spectrum Mobile almost 2 weeks ago. Ever since the switch my parents no longer see my name on their caller ID just my phone number. I have done nothing new to my phone just switched providers. Parents have Verizon and it is a landline. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? My parents are elderly and don't pick up the phone for phone numbers only.
