Unstable internet

Is anyone else experiencing stability issues? I have had good luck for a year or so, but in the last month, I have extreme instability. Technicians have been to my house twice, ran a new line from outside and they tell me my signal is good, but it's clearly not.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your recent concerns with your internet. I am sorry this is happening. Are you using your own personal router? Have you attempted to connect directly to our modem and test the system for a little while to determine if you are still noticing the same concerns? -Lyn
