My scheduled recordings are not showing up on the Spectrum app cloud

error code: rcd 1000

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your Cloud DVR option. I was able to locate the account with your registration information. I am seeing that you spoke with out agents yesterday about this. Are you still needing assistance with this? -Lyn
