Xumo box will not retrieve recorded shows

Just go the Xumo box and have recorded three shows, none of which I can retrieve. Just get three dots flashing on the screen.

Have reset the box, no help.

Not impressed.

    I have had the same issue for 2 days now. There is no difference after reset. I tried to watch a different show "on demand" but that option also has 3 dots blinking and will not load the show.

    Good Afternoon- This is a known intermittent cDVR issue. No ETR at this time, but we hope it will be resolved soon.  We appreciate your patience.
