Is a spectrum.net email more spam-free than charter.net?

I am getting tired of blocking senders and domains, so I am hoping that spectrum.net is more spam-free. I have gmail and earthlink accounts for work and personal use. No spam on any of those, but want to keep one IP mailbox.

Thank you, but this is disappointing. I have blocked senders and domains until I am now exceeding the allowed limit. I am tired of adding to and creating new filters.
