Why in the world do i keep experiencing outages

I am so tired of going through this. And just not too long ago. You all said services would be restored and it literally we the entire day!!

    Not too long ago I'd upload speed of 1 to 2 which should have been 11 or 12 that was a few days ago and in order to fix it I called spectrum toll free number and asked for it reboot signal and that resolved it so far. I'm so glad that I could find internet so affordable here as of right now they gave me a 2-year promotion again. $29.99 for internet very cheap. That makes it around 3 and 1/2 years I having that promotion would be considered. The longest promotion I've ever seen.
