    Hi & welcome!

    Looks like you are currently using Xumo. Cloud DVR (cDVR) is a separate subscription that you can add to the Xumo and access from any streaming device signed into your account.

    Here is a a link to Frequently Asked Cloud DVR Questions. If you would to add Cloud DVR, you will need to give us a call at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) to have a Sales Agent add the service to your account.
