Why does my audio go out of sync on the spectrum app?


For the last two weeks. The audio seems to keep going out of sync no matter how many times I restart the xumo device. What is going on?????

    I do see that you had mentioned having some internet issues. It's possible that those issues are causing the audio sync issues. If you log in to the Spectrum TV app on a different device does it seem to have the same issues with the audio or is it only when watching on the Xumo?
