Can’t get logged on to my vacation TV that I’ve used for years!

Why can’t I log on while traveling as before? I pay a premium for service I can’t use on the go.

Why the user name with underscores & letters? Whole process not user friendly & time consuming for folks born before 2000.

    I'm sorry for any difficulty you've had logging in, are you getting an error message?

    It looks like it is just your community username which had an underscore. That's something you would have selected but I've gone ahead and edited yours to remove it and the number. You can go to your community account and privacy settings if you would like to change it to something else.
