Internet not staying connected - just installed

Just got installed yesterday and internet disconnected. I rebooted and things were fine til 3 this morning. Disconnected again. We need and depend on our service so if it’s not working this is not for us. We have T-Mobile and it’s never disconnected. We will try for a couple more days before we cancel. Wow!

    Hi @Justbree, welcome to our community!

    You definitely shouldn't need to be rebooting so frequently. I recommend making sure the coaxial cable and ethernet cables are all firmly connected. If the issue persists you may want to exchange the equipment at a Spectrum store, or schedule an appointment with a repair technician.
