changed roadrunner password but it won't work in app (on phone or laptop)

I changed my password for my email on the "self-care" page--but now that is the only place I cab access my email. Using that password on the app on my laptop says it's not a valid email or password, and I'm clueless how to get it on my phone. I deleted the app on my phone thinking I could then start fresh, but it's not working.

    If its the roadrunner.com address,spectrum disabled that account in October. If its the rr.com address that is something different. You can still access your email from that account?
