My internet keeps dropping to the point I cannot work!

I have made several calls and missed several days of work because the internet keeps dropping. Tech support says there is nothing wrong and/or they will CHARGE ME $75 to come see why THEIR SERVICE I AM PAYING for is not working.

    Sorry for any service issues. If you are still seeing an issue, what troubleshooting have you tried?
