What is the link to access my router settings “in here”, via My Account?

    Hi @Lurabeaumont, welcome to our community!

    If you go the services tab and then internet you should see a category called "Your WiFi Network" under which you should have "NETWORK EQUIPMENT" listing your modem and router. Selecting the router will bring a page showing all the available options.
