Why would my recordings have a key in the upper right hand corner? It won’t let me watch them. This is aggravating. Spectrum updated my router and then this problem happened.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your DVR. I am sorry this is happening. Generally if there is a Key at the top of a channel it indicates that channel may not be included in your channel lineup. What channels are you noticing this on? -Lyn
