unable to send emails

I’m unable to send emails from my pc and can’t remember the password for my roadrunner account. My iPad can send them. Can you help me retrieve or change my password?

    You can visit selfcare.rr.com or webmail.spectrum.net and select the "forgot email password" option to begin the retrieval/reset process. -Mo
