I have a tech coming at my new house for set up. Does the tech need my router on site for this since we need the router at old house for 1 more day?

    Hi @lintonhome, welcome to our community here and thanks for choosing as us your service provider at your new home!

    No router is needed, the technician can still test to make sure the service is working with an ethernet connection straight to the modem.
