Thank you for reaching out to us about the guide not working on our Xumo box. I am sorry this is happening. What is happening when you try to access the guide? Are you receiving an error message? I am not sure what troubleshooting you have already completed but have you tried to restart the Xumo box by unplugging it from the power for 1-3 minutes? - Lyn
