2 of my 3 cable boxes are not working. how can I replace them?ce the older 2 boxes

    Welcome!

    First, the question that is always asked. have you cold rebooted both box? Unplug them for at least 60 seconds and plug them back in again?

    When you say not working, do you mean not turning on at all? Or another issue? Before replacing the box, you will need a service call for a signal and drop line test. New boxes won't fix problems with bad signals or bad lines. Only an onsite tech can fix that. If your signals are good than the boxes will need to be replaced.
