Why are channels deleted from Spectrum tv app on iPad?

Channels include Bally sports, H&I etc.

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with our Spectrum TV app. We have been advised that logging out of the app and logging back in will usually restore the missing channels. Are you able to try logging out and back in?
