Spectrum Zumo Recording Issues

Have had Zumo since November 2023. Having freezing and audio issues during recording programs. Please advise.

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you experiencing picture quality and audio issues on the Spectrum TV app using the Xumo. We are happy to help! Is this issue only with recording playback? Or do you experience the same with live TV?
