When I try to watch a recorded show it will stop and a message shows error RCD1007 or not available

    I am sorry for the issues that you're experiencing with the recorded shows. At this time, we're having issues with the cloud DVR. Our Engineers are aware and working to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time of resolution at this time.
