On Demand Hallmark Channel Movie "Playing Cupid" was cut off at the end

We were watching this movie on demand, and at the end of the movie the last 5 minutes - instead of being the end of the movie was just commercials.

We spoke to a Spectrum person via chat and they suggested it might be Hallmarks problem - but I think it is still worth attempting to get an answer from Spectrum

Hallmark's own on-demand distribution of that movie via 🔗 https://www.watchhallmarktv.com has the same exact short runtime (1 hour, 19 minutes, 44 seconds) as Spectrum's redistribution of it, which does indeed cut off the last ~4 minutes if 🔗 https://www.imdb.com is correct about the actual runtime being 1 hour, 24 minutes (not to be confused with the trailer clip being 1 minute, 24 seconds.)
