Recording on Xumo

we can see that shows are being recorded but they are not in ‘My Library’. We did not have this problem until Monday. We can see shows from Sunday.
Also, if I call the support line at Spectrum can they address this issue?

    Hi!

    There is a known issue with Cloud DVR recordings. Our engineers are aware of this issue and working on a fix. Unfortunately, there is not an ETA available, but they are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    why did it work previously? Recording is a major issue for us so this answer is unacceptable.
