Are these show "record-able?"

Hello —- I just signed up for the cDVR service —- I am using ROKU and windows laptop to set up recordings —- I notices show like "the rookie" and "will trent" that they have the blue arrow in the guide that indicated that the show can be restarted —- the record option works on these shows but after the recording properties are saved the red indicator DOES NOT appear in the show entry in the guide, but the blue arrow remains and the show DOES NOT appear in the "scheduled recordings" list —— what am I missing here?

    Stupid question: did you set it up to record new episodes only or what?
