Webmail continues to run slow or be inaccessible

spectrum tech support has been claiming now for weeks that the spectrum email (webmail / roadrunner) problem will be solved quickly. doesn't seem like "quickly" is happening anytime soon. anybody have any idea why there is this complete fail on spectrum's internet service?

    I've been having the same issue for weeks too, webmail just hangs. I'm logging in to webmail.spectrum.net with Firefox on a Mac. Really tough when you need email for business.
