Good afternoon, Anyone else having trouble with the Road Runner email. I use the Apple Mail app on my iPhone and iPad to retrieve emails. Over the last week, I have been having trouble sending and retrieving attachments to external emails that are being sent to me. Anyone else? If so, does anyone no the resolve? Thank you.

    There is a known issue impacting email. Our engineers are working on a fix.

    Unfortunately, there is no time frame available for the issue to be resolved.
