Why does my cloud DVR not record scheduled shows?

Since moving , my cloud DVR doesn’t record scheduled shows (even series) and the record series icon appears in the guide even on old shows that aren’t part of the request. Very frustrating. Using Xumo ☹️

    Spectrum is having some major cloud DVR issues right now. Several of us are having similar problems. Supposedly they are working on fixing it. They don't appear to have the capacity and equipment needed to handle the service they are offering. They are supposed to be upgrading this and fixing this over the next few weeks.
