Mobile App Chat Window not Working

When I try to contact support on the mobile app chat with us option the window doesn't pop up.

How do I fix it?

    Hey @Xyrith. I recommend reinstalling the app and checking if the same issue is happening on a different device. You can also give us a call at 1-855-707-7328​​​.

    I have called myself numerous times and the last time I was told that it was MY PHONE since I was able to use the app online. mind you, I've had the same phone since I got Spectrum. For reference, I have a S23 Ultra
