PBS channel is not available

Our program keeps going out for PBS channel 13. It happened yesterday and its our again. Walk me through the steps to get it back on please. Also a voice keeps telling what channel we are on and description of program. We don't want this.

    Hi Topsey and Welcome!

    On your PBS going out- What device are you using? I assume you are watching online, or is this a cable box? Reboot your device/box. If PBS goes out again or it does not come back on. a service call may be needed to check your cable line and signals for that channel.

    To turn off Guide Narration- Check your guide settings. While the cable box guides can vary, on the boxes, press "A" or "Options: on your Remote to turn off Guide Narration.
