Why has Angel.com and Angel Studio Apps being blocked by Spectrum?
For about three weeks now I haven't been able to sign into my Angel App through my Spectrum Service. I have reached out to the Angel Studio and they informed me that their apps are being blocked across multiple providers. So why has Angel.com and Angel Studio.com being blocked by Spectrum?

It appears that Spectrum has blocked the Angel App and Angel Studio App so I would like to know how to whitelist those apps.

I'm not at my TV now but when attempting to install the app in question it has instal, I hit that and then the cancel comes on but as I wait for the app to download the cancel goes back to download. I can't get the app to download.

I labeled my question as stupid. I thought that's how the colon symbol works. Otherwise, my bad.
What does or doesn't happen that isn't or is supposed to, at which point in the process, for which platform?

We do not block access to third party apps through internet access. If there is a block occurring, then it is happening on the app or device level. Since we do not provide this particular app, we are unable to assist further.
