Timeline for high split/symetrical internet in Madison WI

I am a Spectrum Customer in Madison WI (53716). What are you able to tell me about roll out of the high speed symetrical (high split) internet in my area? When available what will be the speeds available and will I have to take any action or make any upgrades to access the new speeds?

    Welcome to our community! Once the symmetrical speeds are rolled out in the area, you will receive a notice that they are available. You would need to call in to ensure they are added to the account as the connections in the home may need to be updated and/or you may need different equipment to ensure you can receive the higher upload speeds.
