How to view channel 500, 508?

I have the spectrum tv app loaded through my Roku and it doesn't show channels 500, 508. What needs to be done to rectify this problem?

    I do apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, these channels are not available in the TV App.

    ok…. then how are the ondemand free movies perused &/or seen?

    @Zactar, welcome to our community!

    The home screen of the Spectrum TV app on Roku should give you 4 options to choose from. Live TV, Guide, My Library, or On Demand. To browse available On Demand content you would go to On Demand, or you can search for a title directly which will provide an option to view it On Demand.
