Why is the Spectrum App constantly buffering? Does so much we just turn the tv off.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about our Spectrum TV App. I am very sorry you are noticing the buffering. Generally, with buffering that is a signal concern with the modem/router. I am not sure what troubleshooting you have already completed but have you tried to reset all of your internet equipment. This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. Are you able to try this and let us know? -Lyn

    Thank you. Have reset both the Modem and router. Working okay now. The test will be this afternoon and evening when more people get online. Will update this evening.

    As I suspect, no change late afternoon and sure will be bad this evening. Looks like spectrum internet can’t handle service when more online. Wish Spectrum would get their act together and not lie in their ads.

    Update - all other streaming apps work okay - just the Spectrum App on Xumo. Spectrum App appears to work okay on smart TV. Any suggestions are welcome.
