I am using a spectrum business domain on spectrum webmail and recipients with a gmail address are not able to receive my email (those with outlook, yahoo etc have no problem). Please advise…

    Hi & welcome!

    I was able to locate your account using your registration information. Since this appears to be a Google Gmail issue based on Google changing security protocols, looks like you were previously advised to contact Google for additional support.

    Thanks -As I am not sure how I interface with Google to address a global google protocol that is impacting external users who carry a google email address, I was hoping someone on the forum (external to spectrum employees) had a similar experience and could share his/her work-around.
