what can I do to stop getting Code RCD-1007

    Good morning & welcome @Kbaker1,

    This error typically reflects an issue with your connection. Reviewing device streaming logs, I can see one Roku device showing poor connectivity. It may help to reboot your Roku as well as internet equipment, removing power from the streaming device, power and coaxial cable from the modem, and power from the router for at least 30 seconds. If still seeing the issue afterwards, you may also need to make sure the app is up to date, or remove and reinstall the app. Let us know if there's any continued issue. -Mo
