I cannot delete old recorded programs. I get an error code GDVR-1002 what do I do to erase them

    Good evening @Sydneyrose2211 and Welcome to our Community Forums.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about not being able to delete recordings that you no longer need. I am sorry this is happening. I will need to ask a few questions to determine the best course of action. Is this impacting all of your DVR boxes or just one? By chance have you attempted to reset the box yet? . This can be done by unplugging the box from the power and the cable line for 3-5 minutes. Let me know if this helps. -Lyn
