Anyone’s DVR recordings actually fixed?

so they said they fixed the problem with the DVR recordings. I see maybe a 2% difference I am still getting continuous blurring, now shows even on the major networks are skipping back to the beginning and you cannot fast-forward so you’re out of luck watching your recorded show. you still lose the thumbnails on the bottom and don’t know where you are. They are pulling the wool over our eyes again. I even complained to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, etc. . I got nowhere, they want a customer service rep to talk to you and we know how much good that does. I don’t even wanna waste my breath anymore. I don’t know how they are getting away with this.
